Donna Karan’s latest fragrance, DKNY My NY, expresses the “modern urban spirit of New York City” and features singer Rita Ora in the scent’s advertising, which includes TV, digital and print. The scent has notes of raspberries, pink pepper, Egyptian jasmine, freesia, patchouli and vanilla absolute. The fragrance will be available in three sizes and there will also be a shower gel, body lotion and a rollerball. The scent has a pale pink heart-shaped bottle with a silver metallic skyline cap. Advertising for DKNY My NY will debut in August fashion and beauty magazines.

The fragrance celebrates New York City, which is unlike anyplace else in the world. The feeling is mutual too, with Karan noting, “I think Rita’s a great representative of DKNY. She’s full of life, she’s about what everyone wants to feel – energy. And I find her ageless. She’s like this Energizer bunny who can wear anything from track shoes to stilettos, DKNY to Donna Karan. I love the girl as a person, too. She walks the talk.”
