Inside the Gianfranco Lotti boutique in Paris

Gianfranco Lotti, an Italian maker of leather goods, is staging a comeback. Originally founded in the Sixties, the company went through structural changes in September when Halder, a German investment fund, acquired its parent company Bottega Manifatturiera Borse. Coinciding with couture week in Paris, a new 1,550-square-foot Gianfranco Lotti boutique has opened on Rue Saint Honoré. The Parisian boutique sells accessories like bags, leather goods and cashmere pieces for both men and women. All the bags offered have the brand’s signature keyhole detail. In addition, two boutique openings in China and one in Florence are scheduled for this fall. Another store is planned for Milan early next year.
