Giorgio Armani Developing Condos in Miami

Thinking of moving to the sunshine state? Now is a fashionable time! Giorgio Armani is partnering with Dezer Development and The Related Group to build luxurious, high-rise condos. This project is part of the new Armani/Casa Residences project, which is expected to finish in 2016. César Pelli, architect of the World Financial Center in New York and the Petronas Twin Towers in Malaysia, has designed the 60-story oceanfront high-rise. Located in Sunny Isles Beach, north of Bal Harbour, it will house 260 luxury units. “Armani/Casa was born from my desire to see my design aesthetic at work in interior spaces. On a project like this, where we have the benefit of partnering with a talented architect like César Pelli, we get the opportunity to create something really very special- a remarkable living space, imbued with the spirit of modern elegance,” said Armani, president and CEO of his namesake group.

Phan is known as the makeup queen of YouTube and her brand, em, was launched by L’Oréal last August. The line will now be readily available to everyone and sales are expected to drastically increase.

Christopher Raeburn Debuts Barbour Collab

Christopher Raeburn has unveiled his first woman’s collaboration with Barbour. “It’s wearable and straightforward, and I wanted to mix the Barbour classics with new things- shirtdresses, accessories, and a mix of spot and check to create- hopefully- something very different,” said the designer. The collection includes military-inspired jackets, trench coats, knits, tops, skirts, dresses, scarves and a backpack. Christopher Raeburn for Barbour will be available for fall-winter at the British department store Fenwicks. Raeburn, who debuted looks for both the fall and spring, has signed on to work with the brand for two seasons.
