Sunday September 7, 2014: Carmen was impressed by the designers at the Fashion Shenzen runway presentation at the Mercedez-Benz Fashion Week Salon at Lincoln Center. This look is by Ellassay.
Gown by Haiping Xie at the Fashion Shenzen Spring ’15 Collection.
This flowing gown is by Lizzy, another Fashion Shenzen designer.
Carol saw Nina Garcia who is one of her favorite creative directors at DKNY.
A sporty black and white look at DKNY. The models flew by so fast it was hard to get a shot!
The fashion outside DKNY was almost as good as the runway inside!
Carmen was dazzled by the shimmering CZAR by Cesar Galindo MB Fashion Week presentation at The Hub.
Madelyn went to Yigal Azrouel and saw look after look that we would love to wear!
The finale at Yigal Azrouel!
Carol and Carmen went back to the Park Hyatt New York to the Daily Suite for a glass of wine. We loved a 50/50 mix of Voga Pino Grigio with Voga Prosecco.
Carol saw Uzo Aduba from Orange is the New Back on Netflix, appropriately wearing bright red-orange Vivienne Tam at the Vivienne Tam show.
Vivienne Tam showed a gorgeous collection inspired by decorative treasures such as porcelain Ming dynasty vases, and designed beautiful landscape prints and embellishments on her pieces.
