Michael Pitt Directs for Rag & Bone
The front man for Rag & Bone’s men’s campaign for three seasons is going behind the camera. For the spring campaign Michael Pitt was in front and behind the camera for the new combined men’s and women’s campaign. The 12 minute film debuts today on the Rag & Bone web site.
Parsons Honoring Marc Jacobs and LVMH
Marc Jacobs and LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton will both be honored at the 67th annual Fashion Benefit at the Parsons New School for Design. Jacobs, a Parson alumni, will be honored with the “vision and singular aesthetic” award and LVMH will receive special recognition for 25 years of collaboration with Parsons.
Aerin Lauder Producing Sandals in Italy
Aerin Lauder will be producing some of her footwear line in Italy, due out this spring. The “Capri Collection” will retail for $398 and consist of nine T-strap sandal styles. Lauder hopes that this is an opportunity to reach a new consumer base.
