Green rivers, green beer… the city of Chicago basically flips for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations the entire month of March! The parties and festivities are all fun and fine, but if you’d like a little relaxation instead, why not try a Zesty Lime Zing Pedicure? Doesn’t that sound great? Add a green colored polish, just for St. Patty’s day!
I can tell you first-hand, this pedicure is delightful and the Spa@theWit is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. You don’t have to be staying at theWit Hotel Chicago to enjoy the spa either, and each month they offer very inviting and reasonably priced spa specials. I visited the spa to try the Zesty Lime Zing Pedicure. I was pleased to see one of my favorite nail color brands, butter LONDON at the spa. Spa@theWit carries nail products and lines of non-toxic lacquers and treatments that focus on healthy beauty as well as eminence organic skincare.
The spa is tranquil and my service from Jackie was top-notch. My pedicure lasted a full hour and included a fragrant lime scrub, lotion foot massage and a warm towel application. Or you may like the Spring Mint Body Wrap special this month. It’s a garden mint body wrap combined with herbal and deep sea therapy to heal and detoxify your skin, with a light body brushing followed with an application of a warmed mint garden body masque containing a blend of ivy, cucumber and arnica.
Bring a friend or sneak away yourself to the Spa@theWit at 201 N. State Street in Chicago.
