New Bonn Karl Lagerfeld Exhibit Opens
The opening of the new “Karl Lagerfeld. Modemethode” is set to open this Saturday at the Bundeskunsthalle. The exhibit will showcase his work process and not his entire life in fashion, because Lagerfeld despises retrospectives. The first thing visitors will see is Lagerfeld’s desk overflown with papers, books and sketches. The exhibit is said to be open till September 13, and will dive into Lagerfeld’s 126 books, 120 accessories and 177 buttons, hundreds of sketches, as well as ad campaigns.
