Was Amy Schumer a good host? How did they get all the Magic Mike guys on stage? How many A-listers were in the audience? And how many selfies did the stars take at the event? Perhaps these questions should be asked of the 2015 MTV Movie Awards this year. But we’re going to ask the most important questions: Who went crazy in style and who dressed best?
Here are the most outstanding looks at the MTV Movie Awards:
No one looked more dashing than Scarlett Johansson in her hot pink Zuhair Murad jumpsuit. Best look of the night, hands down.
This is a fairly low-key look for the triple threat entertainer, even with the fact that she’s not wearing a bra underneath. Jlo looks great as always.
It was obvious that Sofia Vergara was going to make an appearance since her fiance Joe Manganiello was there, but Reese Witherspoon was a complete surprise, as was the appearance of Bradley Cooper. Regardless, Reese and Sofia skipped the blue carpet and went straight to the stage where they presented looking fabulous. Of course, Sofia did not deviate from her normal bodycon uniform but Reese’s graphic Mugler dress was a complete departure and I loved every minute of it.
The rich color is gorgeous on Cara Delevingne and I like that she went high neck and still looks totally modern. The lace elements add panache.
Up for the Trailblazer Award, Shailene Woodley‘s Isabel Marant patterned pants and striped tee was certainly trailblazer in every way.
Sassy and stylish, Victoria Justice looks sparkly and fabulous in Versace.
Not sure how I feel about the olive color blouse and the netting but kudos to Hailee Steinfeld for veering off the beaten path and doing something different.
Is anyone else reminded of that two-tone Giambattista Valli peplum look once worn by Emma Stone? In fact, Emma Stone has worn a look like this on more than one occasion – including to the Met Gala honoring Charles James. I like the look on Brittany Snow but I feel like it’s been done before.
Kudos to Bella Thorne for always keeping her look young and fabulous.
I love this look! Hosts don’t always go so graphic but I feel like Amy went outside her comfort zone and looks stunning because of it. Not to mention that the 33-year old comedian got some really positive reviews for her hosting efforts.
Not sure how I feel about this look. Willow Shields is a gorgeous girl…but she’s still young. She shouldn’t be dressing so old for her age.
Black on black on black. The white shoes are a nice touch. Getting tired of that hair, though.
I’m not sure how I feel about this look. I like the silhouette more than I like the black and white color. But those linebacker shoulders…if you can wear them off like she can, then more power to you.
This is bold and colorful and sleek at the same time. Emily Rajatowski looks great.
I still don’t know Charli XCX very well, but I’ve come to know that she’s a girl who likes to experiment with color and bold style. Her Vivienne Westwood shoes and Jeremy Scott coat with nothing underneath is the perfect combination.
Why yes, that is Bai Ling with a 3-D dragon on her back. Now if that doesn’t say crazy MTV Movie Awards I don’t know what will.
