Designers are once again using raw edges this season only this time in new and creative ways. Yes, there is a lot of obviously frayed denim and unfinished and deconstructed looks on Tshirts, jackets and knits, but you will also find raw edges hidden and topstitched in jerseys that don’t fray, or even on fancy Lanvin brocade jackets. Perhaps designers what to lighten up a bit and take some of the structure out of their designs this season. Rag & Bone, Elie Tahari, Donna Karan, Chloe and many others are showing this trend which you will continue see this fall as well. Here are a few selections of raw edged pieces to add a little edge to your spring wardrobe.
