Editor in chief of Lucky Magazine Eva Chen is said to be leaving lucky as early as today! Multiple sources have said the magazine is heading to an all digital platform and multiple investors in Silicon Valley are interested in an acquisition of the company. Chen was seen having lunch with Condé Nast president Bob Sauerberg, maybe to discuss this venture? Last summer, Lucky was taken to a joint venture between Condé Nast and e-commerce firm Beachmint Group. A Conde Nast spokesman did not respond to a request for comment.
Stacey Bendet and Domingo Zapata Collaboration
Spanish artist Domingo Zapata and Alice + Olivia’s Stacey Bendet have partnered up on a capsule of evening wear benefiting the Council of Fashion Designers of America, CFDA. The collection includes three one-offs hand-painted by Zapata and lower priced range of looks done in printed renderings. This is just the beginning for Bendet’s three-year partnership with the CFDA to help support the organizations efforts for young talent.
Bionda Castana Growing
The British luxury footwear-and-accessory brand Bionda Castana has revealed their latest ad campaign and plans for the future. Modeling for the campaign is Ellinore Erichsen photographed by Dima Hohlov. Along with the new ad campaign the brand will open its first flagship store in London set to open this May. Celebrities who are big fans of the brand include: Alexa Chung, Kate Bosworth and Kiera Knightly.
