Ellen DeGeneres’ New Deal

Ellen DeGeneres has a very simply, clean and sophisticated style. That explains her new deal with Gap. Starting in August DeGeneres’ line ED and GapKids will combine forces for a new back to school collection. In the meanwhile, the ED Web site launches in mid-June with home products, ready-to-wear and accessories.

Kate Young’s New Tura Eyewear Collection 

Tuesday night launched Kate Young’s new Tura eyewear collection. The stylist explained, “I wanted to make glasses that I wanted to wear.” The capsule collection has a full women’s range, six optical styles and seven sunglasses done in multiple colors.

J. Crew Adding Men’s Section

The 860 square foot store J. Crew store on Madison Avenue was always devoted to the women, however, men’s wear is now being added to the lower level. J. Crew has already been advertising there new addition to the store. As you approach the store a stenciled line on the door reads “Our men’s collection has officially moved in. It’s a big step for our relationship.”
