Proenza Schouler Fragrance Deal

Yesterday L’Oréal announced a long-term deal with Proenza Schouler for the creation of their new fragrance. They stated, “We look forward to translating our visual aesthetic into the subtle and highly emotional world of scent.” The duo was recently named one of WWD Six powerhouse brands of tomorrow and stated they were looking for more investment to continue to grow and wanted to expand into men’s wear and fragrance.

Kate Spade’s New Shoe Collection 

Kate Spade is reentering the fashion arena with a new accessory collection launching this holiday season. The collection will consist of a full line of shoes as well as handbags. More details are yet to be available including price points. Retailers are expected to start viewing the collection later this week.

Kate Hudson’s Men Active Line

Kate Hudson partnered with JustFab to launch Fabletics, a line of activewear for women in 2013. However, Hudson is now expanding into men’s gear with FL2. The new line will be unveiled today and Oliver Hudson, Kate Hudson’s brother and actor, will serve as the spokesman.  The new line includes lifestyle pieces that can be worn inside and outside the gym. Another plus for the line, everything is priced under $100!
