Michael Kors Fall 2015
Michael Kors pasted a new face to both his Michael Kors and Michael Michael Kors brands. Who is it? Natasha Poly! Mario Testino was the photographer for both campaigns and also photographs Karmen Pedaru and Benjamin Eidem as a globe trotting couple. The campaign will drop in July and is expected to be seen in several international editions of Vogue, W, Harper’s Bazaar and Vanity Fair.
Audrey Hepburn: Portraits of an Icon
From July 2 through October 18, The National Portrait Gallery will hold an exhibit paying homage to Audrey Hepburn. The exhibit is titled “Audrey Hepburn: Portraits of an Icon” and will feature 75 pieces that include images, vintage magazine articles and posters. The showcase will also coincide with the 65th anniversary of Hepburn’s performance in London’s West End nightclub Ciro’s.
Paco Rabanne at Barneys
Tuesday night Barneys New York hosted an upscale penthouse party to celebrate the arrival of Paco Rabanne’s fall 2015 collection and to welcome the brand’s creative director Julien Dossena. Dossena said, “The purpose is that the girl desires the clothes and wants to pair it with her own stuff.” The fall 2015 collection features color-blocked and chain mail-laden pieces.
