Color treated hair is abused hair. This I know all too well. Pureology has two new (well really 3) products if you have aging, color-treated hair and split ends. The first I want to discuss are my new favorite shampoo and conditioner: Pureology’s Nano Works Gold. This combo is a luxurious one-two punch for aging hair that is colored (ahem) a lot! These rich, transforming formulas restore youthful movement, suppleness and shine. Truly. Fortifying Keravis strengthens hair on the inside and fairly-traded Golden Marula Oil nourishes and protects hair on the outside (4 times more Vitamin C than an orange and 60% more antioxidants than Argan Oil) and protects the scalp.mIt’s ultra-light and fast absorbing so hair is deeply hydrated but not greasy so it’s perfect for every day use.. I can’t tell you how much they have changed my hair. Well I can…it’s like my 25 year-old hair. Again.
My niece actually turned me on to the awesomeness that is Pureology’s Strength Cure Split End Salve from the Strength Cure Line. Split End Salve is known as “the healer” because the healing formula helps strengthen, prevents further damage, which results in shiny, beautiful color-treated hair. The leave-in split-end smoothing treatment fortifies and reinforces the cuticle layer to enhance overall discipline, flexibility, shine, condition, & shape memory. I have never used a split end repair product that actually works. This one does. So now you don’t have to have your hair “trimmed” every time you have your hair colored.
