Tumi Relieves Travel Stress

The stress of traveling may not be diminished, but definitely lessened with Tumi’s global tracker, allowing users to keep track of their own luggage. The device uses GPS, GSM, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology to provide location information through a mobile application for users who take advantage of the technology. Tumi says the device is FAA-compliant, and can shut itself off in-flight as well as turn itself back on upon landing, in accordance with airline policies. This advanced device is set to debut this holiday season with pricing to be determined.

Proenza Schouler Instagram Project

Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez are reverting to the social media site, Instagram, to tell the story of making a Proenza Schouler collection. The digital project gives viewers a first hand look into the making of Proenza Schouler’s fall 2015 collection through a series of images on the brand’s Instagram account, @proenzaschouler. The account already holds an audience of over 300,000 followers and they are intending to reach a wider audience by debuting their newest line! “There is so much more that goes into the design process. We thought Instagram would be a great platform to share some of our process with an attention to detail that is often overlooked in more traditional mediums,” says McCollough. It’s the art behind the design that is most intriguing and that is exactly what the brand wants to show.
