This past weekend, we stopped by the WORTH Exhibit Opening Reception at the gorgeous Palette & Chisel Academy of Fine Arts.
The exhibit, where art and fashion perfectly complement each other, aims to empower women through the freedom of expression. Featured artists include Joni Arredia, Brandi Devers, Jamie Lange, T.G. Novy and Linda Sullivan. Pieces featured include a stunning David Bowie painting, Dali inspired art, Japanese-inspired prints and handmade leather and fur accessories.
Twenty percent of art sales from last weekend went to Hut Outreach, which aids a women’s health center in Haiti. Additional donations supporting this wonderful cause can be made at hutoutreach.org.
The exhibition hours are M-F 11am-6pm and on Saturday & Sunday from 11am-3pm. You should definitely hurry to see it. This stunning and unique exhibit ends February 28, 2016. Palette & Chisel is located at 1012 N. Dearborn St, Chicago, IL 60610.
