I first noticed these memorable perfume bottles in Saks and in little Bond No. 9 boutiques in New York a while back. It wasn’t until I smelled the scent "Bryant Park" during fashion week that I became intrigued enough to delve a little deeper in to this perfume brand.
Everyone should do their part to make the city streets (in any city) smell a little better. Don’t you think? Bond No. 9, a fragrance collection that pays homage to New York, is trying to do just that.
The Bond No. 9 collection–28 women’s, men’s, and unisex eaux de parfum–has a dual
mission: To restore artistry to perfumery, and to mark every New York neighborhood with a scent of its own. This unique and edgy perfume brand first debuted in 2003 and is now pretty much all over New York.
Each fragrance represents a specific downtown, midtown, or uptown locale or a city-wide sensibility. New scents are added to the growing collection each season (look for "Brooklyn" for fall).
Nuits de Noho with Swarovski Crystals
You too can smell like; "Park Avenue", "Central Park", "Wall Street (money)", "The Hamptons", "Coney Island" (new for summer) or whichever other part of NYC strikes your fancy.
Purchase Bond No. 9 at select Saks Fifth Avenue locations, their online store Bond No. 9 or at one of their four NY retail boutiques.
Scent of Peace (favored by the Dalai Lama)
If you visit one of the stores you can chose your own bottle (modern or vintage), purchase by the ounce (all Bond No. 9 fragrances cost $40- $45 per ounce) or even design your very own fragrance (costs more). Should you order online, the scents will arrive as pictured and cost $120-$125 (1.7 Fl. Oz).
