What is color blocking you ask? It can either be literal blocks of color placed together or a fanning out of color in hues that seem to bleed into each other. Sorta like tie-die but not as obnoxious. Rule of thumb: wear the color that grabs the most attention on an area of your body you want to draw attention to. If that answer is none, try a handbag by Prada.
