Don’t let the weather stop you! Conquer the cold and #GetOutHere with Nike Train Chicago outdoor workouts. They’re free, too. You just need to sign up. Sessions fill up quickly so go to Nike Chicago on Sundays when the new week’s schedule is posted. Train Chicago sessions are high intensity workouts developed with expert knowledge from Nike’s athletes, coaches and trainers. Train like the world’s most elite athletes, ready to dominate the gym, concrete or field. Build strength, speed and agility through a diverse set of explosive workouts.
Don’t forget to wear your Nike cold weather gear for outdoor training too. It’s fashionable, functional and super chic! The Nike Pro Warm Emboss Heights Vixen Zip Women’s Training Top, $48.75, Nike Pro Hyperwarm Max Women’s Training Tights, $52.50 and Nike Air Zoom Fit Agility 2 Women’s Training Shoes, $130 will give you another reason to train outdoors!
If the great outdoors is not your thing, Nike offers indoor training classes, too, including Barre and Yoga. Recently I had an opportunity to try an indoor training class instructed by Betina and it was amazing. We used battle ropes and boxes then did pull ups, planks, lunges and more. I was exhausted (in a good way) yet was able to keep up at my own speed. I choose the lower box step, for example, and lighter weights. The workout room at Nike is beautiful, spacious and inspiring with #TRAINCHICAGO #GETOUTHERE in large lettering on the walls – and in your face. (I was thinking #OK! #OK!)
