Kate Corcoran reports for WWD that Net-a-porter’s revenues keeping going up: almost 75%. After almost seven years as one of the premier online retailers this is more than a bit of good news for the purveyor of luxury goods. Perhaps it will send a message to retailers that haven’t faired as well, like Gap, whose recent showings weren’t as inspiring. The message: stick with what you know. Net-a-porter knows designer style and the Gap is the place for khakis and t-shirts. Not rocket science.– Joanne Molina for Second City Style
