First it was Diane von Furstenberg now Anna Sui, you’d think Forever 21 would stop blatantly copying designer’s…designs. Anna Sui Corp. filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Forever 21 for allegedly selling numerous women’s clothing pieces that infringed on Anna Sui trademarks.

According to court documents filed on April 23, "Sui determined that defendants [Forever 21 and the other entities named] had copied numerous of Sui’s most recent Sui Designs. Furthermore, the defendants had made an ongoing practice of copying from a number of recent collections since at least late 2005." The complaint includes allegations of copyright infringement, unfair competition and false designation, and unlawful trade practices. Anna Sui asked the court for a permanent injunction, unspecified damages and attorney’s costs against the defendants. You go girl!
