Elegant and feminine are the best words to describe the Noon By Noor Fall ’15 Collection. The design duo continues to produce strong collections that speak to the quintessential strong woman, offering pieces that are beautiful and soft yet streamlined and non-fussy. The runway show featured mostly separates and statement outwear, with the central theme being over-sized shapes and unique textures. Many of the pieces in the collection seemed interchangeable with one another which is on par with what the designers want to achieve as well as playing to their confident, chic and strong woman clientele.
The collection maintained an understated elegance featuring colors in a muted palette of slate gray, aubergine, purple, navy, black, white and metallic silver and gold. Offsetting that subtlety, was the bold use of textures in fabrics and embellishments of floral sequins, jewels and nature-inspired prints.
Standouts of this collection include a playful jewel adorned gray crew next sweater, a full midi length skirt in black with metallic embellishment, a jewel adorned aubergine overcoat, a slate gray bubble blossom full skirt and slate gray metallic short sleeve dress with a midi length skirt.
