The awards ceremony will take place June 1st at Alice Tully Hall.

Chanel to Synchronize Prices

Chanel has announced plans to align the brand’s international pricing. Effective April 8th, the French fashion house will harmonize prices for three bags- the Boy, 2.55 and 11.12. This will cause the prices to increase in Europe and drop in Asia. The goal is for global prices to never fluctuate more than 10 percent above or 10 percent below the euro benchmark. Other prices will be synchronized starting with the 2015-16 Cruise.

Swarovski Debuting Fine Jewelry

Swarovski is having a big year- the company turns 120 and is entering into fine jewelry. The debut collection is inspired by nature and will be available for purchase in June. Swarovski will replace its famous crystals with diamonds and gemstones. The line will feature 60 pieces in sterling silver, 14-karat gold and 14-karat rose gold. Pieces will be available at Swarovski boutiques June 1st, with jewelry stores following soon after.
